Bathroom Waterproofing in Tampines

Two bathrooms redone properly after the unit below started staining, with a flood test before a single tile went back.

Tiled shower area finished after waterproofing works

The neighbour below had a stain spreading across their ceiling, which is how most bathroom waterproofing jobs start — not in the flat with the problem, but in the one underneath it.

Both bathrooms were hacked back to the screed. The old membrane had been taken to the edge of the floor and stopped there, so water tracking along the wall junction had never been held by anything.

New membrane went down across the floor and up the walls, 300mm generally and full height in the shower, with the junctions and the pipe penetrations detailed before anything else happened.

Then a 24-hour flood test, and only then the tiles. Skipping the test saves a day and costs a bathroom.
