An open floor split into four offices and a meeting room, with a new ceiling and lighting layout set out around the existing air-con.
The tenant needed four enclosed offices and a meeting room out of an open floor, without moving a single air-con outlet.
Partition lines were set out against the existing ceiling grid first, so no office ended up with a diffuser split down the middle. Gypsum partitions run floor to soffit for the offices that needed acoustic separation, with glass fronts to keep the daylight; the meeting room is fully glazed. The ceiling was reworked as a concealed grid with new LED panels and access panels over every FCU.
Works ran in two phases so half the floor stayed occupied throughout, with the noisy setting-out done outside office hours.

A wardrobe run built in a room too tight to lay the frames flat, anchored properly and the packaging taken away.
A tired mortice lock swapped for a digital one, with the door edge made good so the new plate sat flat.
