A cracked shopfront door and a shutter lock that had seized, both put right in one visit.
A cracked panel in the entrance door and a roller shutter lock that had to be persuaded with a screwdriver every evening — the sort of pair that gets left until one of them fails completely.
The glass was replaced and the floor spring stripped and rebuilt rather than swapped, since the housing in the floor was sound and replacing it means opening up the slab.
The shutter lock had corroded from the inside, which is normal on a street-facing unit. New lock, new keys, and the shutter guides cleaned out so it runs down straight.
Both jobs went in on the same visit, before opening, so the shop lost no trading time.

A wardrobe run built in a room too tight to lay the frames flat, anchored properly and the packaging taken away.
A tired mortice lock swapped for a digital one, with the door edge made good so the new plate sat flat.
